How do I place an order? Does Wooderful offer wholesale opportunities?

Yes we offer wholesale opportunities, we currently stock Wooderful at over 70 retailers. If you are a retailer, please check out our retailer enquiry form.

How long does shipping take?
A: Estimated travel time could be between 2-7 business days depending on courier.

How can I track my order?
A: Wooderful Life retailers should receive an automatic email with tracking information when the order has been dispatched. If you need further assistance, please email gifts@ozanimart.com.au.

I’m a business customer. Do you distribute overseas?
A: Unfortunately, we only distribute within Australia and New Zealand. If you are an international retailer, please email jeanco.service@gmail.com.

How can I add an item to my order once it’s been processed?
A: We understand that sometimes you may want to add more Wooderful Life goodies to your order, however, once an order is submitted, we’re unable to change it – even if it’s still processing. If you’d like to purchase more items, we recommend placing a separate order.

What payment methods do you take?
A: We take VISA, Mastercard, bank transfer (for VISA and Mastercard a credit card surcharge will be incurred. 

What do I do if I need a refund or exchange?
A: Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer exchanges or change of mind refunds. If you would like to return a faulty item, please follow the guidelines below:

i. If you purchased your item from another Wooderful life store, please contact the store to process a damage report.

ii. If you didn’t purchase the item from one of our stockists or do not know where your item came from because you received it as a gift, please contact jeanco.service@gmail.com.

iii. If you received your faulty item from us, please email gifts@ozanimart.com.au and provide your order number as reference.

All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us – if you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your returns may not be accepted.

Where are the products made?
A: Wooden pieces from each product are laser cut in Taiwan. These products are then hand-assembled in China.

What are Wooderful products made of?
A: Our products are made from natural timber and recycled wood. We are proud to say that each product is unique and made from different parts of the wood.

Do you have a showroom where I can see all your products personally?
A: We do not currently have a showroom but you can view all our products on our catalog. If you would like to see our products in person, please find your closest stockist here.
